For your first order without an official bag, there's no problem! Standard kitchen-sized bags (13 gallons) are suitable.

On the date of your scheduled pickup, just position your order visibly by 8:00 am to guarantee pickup.
Expect a text from our driver notifying you when they're on their way.
Upon your order's arrival at our facility, our team of specialists springs into action!
We commence by sorting and machine washing your items.
Once the initial steps are complete, the items undergo machine drying or hanging*, based on the service level you've selected. Following this, they are sorted, organized by family member, and finally bagged.
*For hang items, there is a fee of $1 per piece, and they should be enclosed within the designated hang bag
